No traveler twistie in admin client

Permalink 01/18/09 22:00, by Dennis van Remortel, Categories: IBM, Lotus
I seem to have a little bug in my environment. I can't seem to find the Traveler twisty as described here:

Use the following steps to remotely wipe a device:

1. From the Domino® Administrator, select the Messaging tab, and then select the Mail tab.
2. Expand the IBM Lotus Notes Traveler twisty.
Anyone want to hazard a guess why it's missing? Tried 2 admin clients (both 8.5) but no go.

Missing traveler

(And yes I know, Linux01 is currently running on windows, but I wanted to test traveler ;) )

Does the LotusTraveler.nsf exist in the Domino data directory?

Hi Ulrich,

you are right, the database doesn't exist. That's strange, as I do have my device configured and working.

On what template is that database based?

Hi Ulrich,

yeah I installed IBM Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5 for Windows 2003 English(C18X0EN) - Size 94mb

I just did a reinstall, and now I have both the template and the database. And even better, the twisty! Thanks!
