This really depresses me.
This means that 1,22% of the email coming to our domains passes the filters, and then still leaves in some unwanted stuff.
Update: If I look at the domains I'm responsible for, the rate drops to 0,5% of delivery.

One of my mailfilter boxes reports 100% now... Due to the amount of traffic spam is now 99,9% and it rounds it to 100%.

Seems about right to me. Who does your filtering? Is that report from MessageLabs or something like it?

This is a report from the scanning we get from Sprint. They do all our filtering for us.
